At Cindy's Zoo we are always happy

Information for your event:
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU!
Please remember: with the heat of summer, we need a shaded,
grassy or dirt area to set the petting zoo---we will not set up
on asphalt or concrete. We must have a parking space
close to the petting zoo and easy access to the area to set the
animals...no large hills, steps, etc. Weather Cancellations:
There is no fee for weather cancellations made prior to 6:30 am
the day of the event. Any cancellations must be made by calling
me at 636-366-9224 BEFORE 6:30 am the dy of the event. If I do
not answer, I am already in the barn...leave a message! I will
check the messages at 6:35 am to see if I need to cancel a driver...after
that you will not be able to reach me and we will arrive as scheduled
and you will be obligated for the total amount due. There are
NO exceptions to this policy.
Payment is due on the day of the event, cash only. I can not accept
any charges. Checks will not be accepted unless approved by me
when making your appointment, so please have cash on hand. Your
driver will not be able to approve a check.
In Return:
You will get the best traveling petting zoo, courteous,
educated attendants with the healthiest, friendliest animals available
and a great event to remember!
